How we maintain calculators
Calculators whose rules change, including Korean payroll, tax and insurance, show the applicable year and review date. Where possible, we link directly to official Korean government and public-institution sources.
South Korea scope
Calculators marked “South Korea rules apply” use South Korean tax, labor or social-insurance rules. They are intended for income, work, insurance or property in South Korea regardless of the user’s nationality. Tax residence, visas, bilateral social-security agreements and individual circumstances can change actual treatment.
Auxiliary tools
Exam, address, unit, time, IP, image and PDF tools remain available for existing users, but they are separated from the focused search and advertising scope. Browser-based image and PDF tasks do not upload selected files to CalcBaro.
Using the results
Results are estimates based on your inputs and general assumptions. Personal deductions, home count, holding period, location and institutional decisions may produce different amounts. Confirm material filings, contracts and financial decisions with the relevant authority or a qualified professional.
Corrections and updates
We prioritize official sources when correcting formulas or updating rules. The review date, assumptions and supporting references are documented in our data-source and update policy.
